Shipping

Orders ship from France by carrier (Colissimo or equivalent) within a few working days after payment. A tracking email is sent when shipped.

Shipping costs

Calculated by destination and weight, shown before payment. Delivery may be free above an amount shown in the shop.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days (see terms and conditions). Contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged parcel or mistake

Contact us with a photo: we will replace or refund.
